Johnny has over 30 years’ experience in the trucking industry as a driver, dispatcher, safety compliance officer, and an executive. His expertise is to fully optimize trucking to maximize profit potential for everyone. His love for trucking started at an early age, as his father, Johnny Flores Sr., was a trucker for 48 years. Johnny’s favorite experience as a child would be to ride with his father in his 18-wheeler, and he always dreamed of becoming a trucker. He acquired and ran his first truck with his father when he was in his 20’s, hauling liquid feed in a streamlined way by splitting it into quarters. He was recruited to manage his competitor’s terminal, as the owner was so impressed with his effective management style. From the start of his career, he always thought of how to optimize trucking processes to increase revenue and fleet growth, with a focus on benefiting both the driver and the company. Additionally, he is an active member of the Aggregate Transportation Association of Texas (ATAT), Association of General Contractors (AGC), and Texas Transportation Association (TXTA).

Angel’s lengthy career as an IT Network and Security Consultant has been refined through the military, government, transportation, aviation, retail, medical, insurance, and non-profit industries where he has appreciated achievements in logistics planning and development, software development and migration, project management and network architectural design. He’s been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding non-combat achievement as a Program Analyst and Systems Engineer. As an IT service manager, Angel delivers efficient IT management, maintenance, and support. As a result, customers experience an overall lower cost of owning and supporting IT, enjoy predictable costs, and avoid large unplanned expenses.

Lannette is a Member of the Company and a member of the Board. In her 23-year career as an accountant, Lannette Espino is skilled with projections, budgeting, invoice reconciliation, completing monthly/annual accrual reports, and resolving any discrepancies. She also has extensive experience managing an independent short-haul trucking company’s finances, including 10 accounts receivables/payables, payroll and taxes. She worked with several fleet managers ensuring timely invoice reconciliation. She brings transparency with her superior organizational skills that she utilizes in all internal and external relations with the goal to maximize profits for both clients and her employer.
